Shipping policy

We aim to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner with orders processed within 2 to 4 business days. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Petsleisure does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays and we shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided on the date and time of delivery.

If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel they will typically leave a calling card. This calling card usually contains the details on where the item can be picked up from such as a post office or a pick up hub. If for any reason you do not pick up the item after a certain period of time, the delivery may be returned to us.  If returned, we will contact you and either arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or we will arrange a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.

Petsleisure reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you are located in a remote or rural area and place an order with us, we may contact you to work out the best possible solution, ie we may be able to deliver your purchase to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution, a full refund will be issued.

As we sell over 1400 products from multiple suppliers, there are times when we may not have the stock on hand therefore having to order the product/s from our suppliers. As such a short delay by up to a week may be experienced in dispatching your order. We will do everything we can to minimize this from happening, however in some cases it may be out of our control. As soon as the product arrives at our premises it will be shipped out to you as soon as possible. Please be mindful of this before making your purchase.
