This vial must be used with the ADAPTIL Diffuser electric device. ADAPTIL Diffuser helps dogs and puppies adjust to new environments and reduces stress or anxiety related behaviour in an indoor environment. Simply plugs in to provide comfort and reassurance to dogs and puppies. Especially useful for indoor dogs.
Begin use several hours (ideally 24 hours) before the new puppy/dog arrives. Plug in at floor level in the room where the dog will sleep and spend the most time in. Use continuously for at least 4 weeks and replace refill as required.
For separation anxiety, ideally use alongside behavioural therapy to promote learning and help the dog adapt.
For noise fears and phobias, ideally use alongside socialization/noise training.
ADAPTIL Diffuser can be used alongside ADAPTIL Collar and ADAPTIL Spray for additional support in indoor situations.
Useful Information:
• Each ADAPTIL Calm Refill covers an area up to 70 m2.• Each Refill lasts up to 30 days. Depending on its environmental surrounds, each Refill may last between 3-5 weeks.
• Avoid plugging in the diffuser under shelves and furniture, or behind doors, curtains and furniture.
• Ensure continuous comfort to your dog by using an ADAPTIL Calm Refill every month.
• The diffuser should be checked monthly and replaced every six months to ensure optimum effect.
SHIPPING
We aim to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner with orders processed within 2-4 business days. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Petsleisure does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays and we shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided on the date and time of delivery.
If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel they will typically leave a calling card. This calling card usually contains the details on where the item can be picked up from such as a post office or a collection hub. If for any reason you do not pick up the item after a certain period of time, the delivery may be returned to us. If returned, we will contact you and either arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or we will arrange a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.
Petsleisure reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you are located in a remote or rural area and place an order with us, we may contact you to work out the best possible solution, ie we may be able to deliver your purchase to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution, a full refund will be issued.
As we sell over 1400 products from multiple suppliers, there are times when we may not have the stock on hand therefore having to order the product/s from our suppliers. As such a short delay by up to a week may be experienced in dispatching your order. We will do everything we can to minimize this from happening, however in some cases it may be out of our control. As soon as the product arrives at our premises it will be shipped out to you as soon as possible. Please be mindful of this before making your purchase..
RETURNS
Petsleisure will accept any new and unused product/s returned within 14-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding original freight charges). Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging, in a saleable condition and supported by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return. Please contact us in the event that you're not satisfied with your purchase as we would be happy to work with you in order to ensure a positive experience.
All returns are subject to inspection by Petsleisure and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part, that in our opinion shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we are unable to accept returns of personal use items.
No liability will be attached to Petsleisure for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defects from supplied componentry. Our liability for any product/s which is defective or causes loss or damage of any kind is limited to the cost of the product or the provision of a replacement or any other remedy you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law which cannot be lawfully excluded. If there is a problem with your order that is covered by the Australian Consumer Law please contact us so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
